You acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions prior to your access to and use of the Service. Your Activation and use of the Service constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as may be amended by JGooO from time to time. Any person that you allow to access the Service using your Account shall also be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not continue with the registration process or Activation.

 Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings as defined below:-

“Account”

means the Mobile Applications account created with JGooO when you register for the Service;

“Activation”

means the point in time when the Service is activated in the Mobile Applications System;

 “CSA”

means JGooO customer service which can be contacted Careline +60173634246;

 “Mobile Payment System”

means the Mobile Payment system used by JGooO to provide the Service including the payment system platform commissioned by JGooO to facilitate the payment of goods and services;

 “Mobile Application / Mobile App ”

means the software applications that run on Mobile Devices;

 “Mobile Device”

means a portable computing device such as a smartphone or tablet used by you for the Service;

 “Non-Refundable”

means in the event any user may not provide a refund option in relation to the payment for any purchase of goods and/or services in accordance with its after-sale service policy. JOMZTECH COMMUNICATIONS SDN BHD only providing this app ( JGooO ) to all users and will not be responsible for any damages including lost profits or loss of data.

 “Terms and Conditions”

means these terms and conditions for the Service as may be varied or modified from time to time at JGooO sole discretion.
